These sales terms apply to you as a consumer who trades at Intimleksaker.

The Consumer Purchase Act, the Consumer Services Act, the Distance and Home Sales Act and other consumer legislation apply to sales to consumers and contain comprehensive and generally binding rules on the rights and obligations of consumers and sellers. Terms for partial payment

Through Billmate AB we can offer you the opportunity to pay your purchase with billmate part payment. You choose if you want to make a partial payment of 3,6 or 12 months. Of course, you can also pay the full amount or a larger part of it within the contract period without any extra costs. In order to be able to choose a part payment, you must be over 18 years of age, be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check made in connection with the purchase. The invoices are sent via e-mail.

The credit purchase price is SEK 11268. The number of installments is 12 and each installment is SEK 939. The example assumes that payments are made monthly for a period of one year.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders for products in stock, received before noon, are usually dispatched the same day.
Order confirmation is sent only by e-mail and then to the address you specified on the order.
Goods cannot be collected at Intimleksaker. Orders with Intimleksaker cannot be delivered.

Delivery time set to 2-5 days in the online store means that Intimleeks will ship the goods as soon as they can,
but Intimleksaker holds products in different places, which means that the delivery time may vary.
We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delays in freight.
The shipment comes as standard with DHL but we reserve the right to ship the item with another supplier.

We can ship anywhere in the
world. We will look after the complete dispatch of your order including any
customs declarations that may be required for some countries. We use the Sweden
Post, Royal Mail Network and DPD Classic International and pass their costs directly
on to you.

You will usually be notified by SMS when your package is available for pick-up from an agent.

We reserve the right to deliver up to 30 business days under extreme conditions. Of course, this is very unusual. We also reserve the right not to be able to deliver at postponed times, when we cannot control the circumstances.

Change of order
You can cancel and change your order free of charge until the product is packaged and ready for delivery. In this case, contact our customer service. Once your order has been packaged, no cancellations or changes can be made free of charge. If you cancel or change your order too late, the seller has the right to claim damages.
Unclaimed shipment (when shipment is not picked up by customer / recipient upon order)
Shipping that has not been picked up and not canceled in time is returned to the seller. You will then be charged a fee to cover the seller’s reasonable transport and administration costs of SEK 400. The compensation does not limit the seller’s right to any damages.
Return Policy
Under the distance and home sales law, you as a consumer have the right, in certain circumstances, to withdraw / cancel your purchase. You cancel your purchase by registering on our web within 14 days to assert your right of withdrawal and create a return shipment. The right of withdrawal runs from the date the product is notified to the consumer that the product is available for collection (the withdrawal period). The right of withdrawal is at least seven working days from the day you received the product.

You have the right to carefully examine the product, but to undo the purchase it must be in essentially unchanged condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if you break seals or seals on, for example, earrings, or remove patches and hang tags from clothes.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to specially ordered products.

In the case of returns, the order number must ALWAYS be attached / stated (however, not on the product itself or the packaging which should be in essentially unchanged condition). Products returned for postage will not be redeemed.

If a returned item is
shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to
avoid any Customs charges. Intimleksaker.com is NOT responsible for any return
Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Some of Intimleksaker products may be covered by warranty.
Information about any warranty period and specific warranty terms for each item can be found on the website or in these Terms. Warranty for products only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus does not cover defects that occur during or after a personal change in the function and appearance of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty.
